Heflin - Cody Lamar Harlan, 28, died Saturday, May 2, 2020.
Private Family Funeral Services will be held at Dryden Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jason Reaves officiating. Dryden Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include:
Son - Hunter Ray Harlan
Mother - Leah Harlan
Sister - Heather Harlan Sanders
Sister - Kathy Harlan Agan
Brother - Dustin Harlan
Grand Father - Marlin Bolt
Grand Mother - Clara Roach
Cody was a native of Baker, FL. and a resident of Cleburne County for the past 6 years. While in FL. Cody attended Bake High School. Cody acquired his carpentry skills from his father and was an avid outdoorsman. Cody was fun loving, outgoing, and had a heart of gold. We want Cody remembered for who he was not what happened. He was preceded in death by his father, Johnny Harlan, sister, Brandy Harlan, grandmother, JoAnn Sewell, grandfather, Ernest Roach, and best friend, Travis Ray Peoples.
