The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only those items you desire. (However, any funeral arrangement you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead.) If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any item you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement describing the funeral goods and services you selected.

The following discounted packages available only with purchase of casket from Dryden Funeral Home.

A. Traditional Funeral Service $4690

Immediate Burial $2455 to $3750

The charge for immediate burial includes removal of remains, local transportation to the cemetery, necessary authorizations, basic services of the staff, and overhead. This charge does not include the use of facilities and staff for any visitation or ceremony, public or private, prior to burial.
A. Immediate burial with casket provided by purchaser $2455.00
B. Immediate burial with grey cloth covered soft wood casket selected from our funeral home $3750.00

Remains must be buried within 48 hours of death or be embalmed.

Direct Cremation $2320 to $2420

The charge for a direct cremation includes removal of remains, local transportation to crematory, cremation, necessary authorizations, basic services of the staff, and overhead. This charge does not include the use of facilities and staff for any visitation or ceremony, public or private, prior to the cremation. If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). The container we provide is a fiber-board box.

Itemized Selections

The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff $1795

Our fee for the basic services of funeral director and staff includes, but is not limited to, staff to respond to initial request for service; shelter of remains; and coordination with those providing other portions of the funeral, e.g., cemetery, crematory, vault companies and others as required. Also included in this charge are overhead expenses relative to our facilities such as professional licensing, legal and accounting fees, insurance, building and utility expenses, parking lot and grounds, maintenance, taxes, equipment, furnishings, inventory costs, record-keeping, and secretarial and administrative expenses.

Arranging Fee $1595

This is the basic charge to each family which we serve for arranging assistance in preparation and filing of necessary death certificates and placement of obituary notices, arranging with musicians, beauticians or hairdressers. This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, forwarding or receiving remains and in all package selections.)

Total Basic Charges (Basic Services and Arranging Fee) $2990

Embalming $1150

Embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

Other Preparation of the Body

This charge is made commencing on the 3rd day our facilities are used to shelter the remains.

Additional Services and Facility Fees

A. Visitation at the Funeral Home $350

Our services will include visitation setup, use of visitation room, placement of encased remains, display of floral arrangements, and supervision and attendance during the visitation (charge per day)

B. Visitation at Other Facility $350

Our services will include local transportation of encased remains, visitation setup, and placement of encased remains (charge per day)

C. Funeral Service at the Funeral Home $260

Our services include coordinating the funeral arrangements, supervision of funeral, a committal, or other disposition service, and setup and use of facilities for funeral ceremony.

D. Funeral Service at Other Facility $260

Our services include coordinating the funeral arrangements, supervision of funeral, committal or other disposition service, and equipment and additional staff necessary to conduct funeral at other facility.

E. Memorial Service without Body Present $1295

Our services include coordinating the memorial service, supervision of the memorial service, and setup and use of facilities for memorial service on site or off site.

F. Graveside Service Conduction and Equipment $230

Our services include coordinating the funeral service at graveside, supervision of the graveside service, and equipment and staff necessary to conduct the graveside service.
