Heflin - Robert "Frog" Jarrell, 71, died Friday, September 22, 2017 at his residence.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, September 24, 2017, at Heflin Baptist Church with the Rev. Brent Thompson, Rev. Mike Holcombe, and Rev. Cody Hale officiating. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, September 23, 2017 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Dryden Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Sisters - Janie Holt, Heflin, AL and Marsha White, Bowdon, GA
Brothers - Bobby (Janice) Jarrell, Roopville , GA., Tommy (Juanita) Jarrell, Boaz, AL., James (Cheryl) Jarrell, Heflin, AL., Clint (Deb) Jarrell, Heflin, AL and Roy (Linda) Jarrell, Heflin, AL
Sister in laws - Barbara Jarrell and Lorie Beason
Grandchildren - Kaitlyn Thompson, Skye Jarrell, Hanna Jarrell, Preston Jarrell, Brooklyn Thompson, Paige Jarrell, Avery Roberts, Tanner Jarrell, Houston Jarrell, Garrett Jarrell, Addison Roberts and Grant Jarrell.
Pallbearers will be grandsons and nephews.
Robert was a native and resident of Cleburne County for most of his life. Frog was a brick mason and was owner and operator of Baja Masonry. He was a member of Iron City Baptist Church. Robert was operations manager for WPIL, Heflin's Radio Station for 12 years. Robert had a heart for Jesus and sharing the gospel and a love for people, like no other. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Maebell Jarrell and brothers, Homer and Nathan Jarrell.
