Heflin - Thomas Hobert Harris, 88, died Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at Anniston Health & Rehab Services.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, September 3, 2020, at Antioch Church with the Rev. Joey Ray, Rev. Dwayne Palmer, and Rev. Chris Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in Antioch Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, September 2, 2020 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM. at Antioch Church. Dryden Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Friends will serve as pallbearers.
Hobert was a native and lifelong resident of Cleburne County and a lifelong member of Antioch Church. He retired from the U.S. Postal Service after 32 years of service. Hobert's hobby was woodworking where he made many swings over the years. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. Hobert was preceded in death by his daughter-in-law, Glenda Harris, grandson, Kevin Wayne Harris and a great granddaughter, Amelia Katherine Peebles.
