Muscadine - Stephen McElroy, 69, died Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at Floyd Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, December 23, 2021, at Bethel Methodist Church with the Rev. Tommy Ledbetter and Rev. David Ginn officiating. Burial will follow in St. Michael Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, December 23, 2021 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM. at Bethel Methodist Church. Dryden Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Pallbearers will be: Dalton McElroy, Cameron McElroy, Cole McElroy, Chase Whitley, Mark Furgerson, Scott Kiker, and David Gay.
Stephen was a resident of Cleburne County all his life and worked as a Logger. He was an avid fisherman and loved to hunt. Stephen was a member of Bethel Methodist Church and served as Choir Director. Stephen was preceded in death by his father, Harold Lee McElroy.
