Obituary for Noma Ellen Norton

Heflin - Noma Ellen Norton, 81, died Saturday, October 29, 2022 at her residence.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, at Dryden Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Owens and Rev. Steve Dempsey officiating. Burial will follow in Heflin City Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, November 1, 2022 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Dryden Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include:
Daughter - Kelly Norton Cooper(Tracy)
Son - Brian Lee Norton(Crystal)
Son - Steven O'Neal Norton(Vivian)
Sister - Virginia MacRae
Grandchildren - Molly, Kacie, Ally, Angel, Matt, Madison, Matthew, Anna Catherine, Bryant, Brailyn, & Evan
Great Grandchildren - Myles & Chandler Joelle
Pallbearers will be: Richard Norton, Coleman McCombs, Colt Funderburk, Kirby Parden, Carey Kirby, Chris Norton, Bryant Smith, & Johnny Norton.
Mrs. Norton was a native of Randolph County, resident of Cleburne County most of her life and was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church. She prepared a meal every Sunday for her entire family. Mrs. Norton retired from Anniston Army Depot with over 28 years of service. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Jimmy Norton and parents, H. O. and Mollie Braden.
