Heflin - Agnes Noline Coefield, 80, of Heflin, Alabama passed away, Tuesday, March 24, 2020 surrounded by family at her home. Due to the ongoing Corona-19 crisis, there will be no visitation and the funeral service will be attended only by immediate family. Father Bruce Laird will be officiating. Burial will follow at Heflin Cemetery. The family request that no flowers be given. Memorials may be made to the Episcopal Church of the Messiah, P.O. Box 596, Heflin, AL 36264.

Noline was born November 7, 1939 in Muscadine, AL and raised by Henry and Ada Thompson. She graduated from Cleburne County High School in 1958. On December 24, 1959 she married Billy Ed Coefield, Sr. Noline was active in the community, helped operate Coefield’s Car Center, was a real estate agent, and was a member of the vestry at The Episcopal Church of the Messiah. She enjoyed tennis, gardening, playing Bridge, and supporting her kids and grandkids in all of their activities.

Mrs. Coefield is survived by her two sons, Billy Ed Coefield, Jr. of Heflin, Scott Coefield (Tammy) of Pelham, AL, one daughter, Missy Coefield (Sam Capps) of Heflin. Other family members include Keith Morrow and Krista Coefield. Grandchildren include Mallory Turner, Nikki Coefield Turner (Aaron), Charlsie Coefield Lemoine (Ryan), Grace Coefield, Marti Coefield, Will Morrow, and Kaci Morrow. Great grandchildren include Beau Turner and Myles Owens. Surviving sisters include Anna Roberts of Bremen, Ga and Dorothy Harmon of Buchanan, Ga.
