Mrs. Burton was a graduate of Cleburne County High School in 1949 and attended Nursing School. She was married to the love of her life for 19 years. Mrs. Burton loved the beach. Mrs. Burton was preceded in death by her husband, L.C. Burton, children, Jim Walter Burton and Mary Jane Burton, seven brothers, three sisters. She will be buried in Florida beside her husband.
