She was my first cousin,on my mother;s side of the family,Her Father was my mom's brother,Arthur Parris was his name. We all didn't get to visit each other that often and Maudie was so much older than I, that Her and Gerald had already gotten married! Then the next thing I knew She had 2 good boys They raised together....... I had lost contact with her through the years because we all went our separate ways, until about 2 yrs. ago I found her on Facebook, We exchanged phone numbers, and went from there, After a year went by next thing I got on Facebook one day and read a post her children had posted that she had cancer I started praying for her right then and there because several yrs. ago I went through the same thing as my mom I LOVE YOU MAUDIE! Rest in peace
