Heflin - Jewell Wade Nelson, 89, died Thursday, April 8, 2021 at her residence.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, April 11, 2021, at Pinetucky Cemetery with Whit Moorer officiating. Dryden Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include:
Daughter - Wanda (Mark) Slaughter
Daughter - Charlotte Reeves
Daughter - Cindy (Nathan) Evans
Daughter - Laura (Whit) Moorer
Son - Mark Nelson
Sister - Jesse Carden

Mrs. Jewell was married to her husband A.G. Nelson for 72 years.She worked in the Healthcare Industry for 30 years and was a faithful servant to God and Country. Special thanks to Kindred Hospice caregivers, Jennifer, Chris, Rev. Winford, Christy and Nancy Smith.
