Heflin - Frank Leon Coffey, 84, died Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at Cleburne County Nursing Home.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 25, 2023, at Dryden Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Steve Dempsey and Rev. James Owens officiating. Burial will follow in Corinth Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, February 25, 2023 from 12:30 PM until 2:00 PM. Dryden Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Daughter - Lisa (Craig) Thompson, Dallas, GA
Son - Jason (April) Coffey
Grandchildren - Brad (Carley) Thompson, Atlanta, GA
Grandchildren - Courtney (Jon) Eady, Powder Springs, GA
Grandchildren - Brittany & Autumn Coffey
Brother - Alta Dewayne Coffey
Pallbearers will be: Brad Thompson, Jon Eady, Matthew Huddleston, Wayne Huddleston, Terry Watson, and Craig Thompson.
Leon was born in Fruithurst, Alabama and lived his entire life in Cleburne and was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church. Leon worked for Corky Tolleson, V & T Farm Services, Buster Miles Body Shop then retired from The Chenille Plant in Heflin. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, family vacation to the beach, to the mountains, restoring old cars, antique and trade shopping, nascar racing and Auburn Football. Leon was preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Betty Joyce Coffey, parents, Alta Brown Coffey & Ada Holley Coffey, siblings, Betty Nolen, Bill Coffey, Bertha Boozer & Ora Belle Cowan.
