Heflin - Frances Taylor, 85, died Monday, February 21, 2022 at Cleburne County Nursing Home.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 26, 2022, at Dryden Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev Ronnie Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Olive Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, February 26, 2022 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Dryden Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include her daughters, Darlene Bently and Ida Pendergrass; sons, Kenneth Owen, Emmett Owen, and Dennis Owen; grandchildren, Kenneth Owen, Blake Owen, Brittany Jones, Brandon Owen, Jeromy Owen, Adam Bently, Chris Bently, April Adams and Heath Adams; and nine - Great Grandchildren.
Francis was a native and lifelong resident of Cleburne County and a member of Mt Olive Church of God. She enjoyed the outdoors with a love of anything associated with water including lakes, creeks and swimming pools. Francis enjoyed working in her yard and gardening. She loved cooking for her family, especially while spending time with her grandchildren. She also loved her pets. Francis Taylor was preceded in death by her parents, George and Ida Jennings and daughter, Bobbie Jane Owen.
