Edwardsville - Charlie Edward Driggers, 66, died Friday, March 4, 2022 at his residence.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM on Monday, March 7, 2022, at Dryden Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Lee Hollis, Ronnie White, Chris Meeks and Stan Bussey officiating. Burial will follow in Edwardsville City Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, March 6, 2022 from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM. Dryden Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Wife - Kathy Driggers
Daughter - Linsey (Josh) Johnson
Grandchildren - Will, Sam, Brody, & Jaxon Johnson
Sister - Lou (David) Ashley
Brother - Billy (Sandra) Driggers
Brother - David (Kimie) Driggers
Several Nieces & Nephews
Pallbearers will be: Chris Meeks, Ronnie White, Harold Barker, Johnny Powell, Eric Ashley, Stan Bussey, Scott Ivey, Davis Alred, and Will Johnson.
Charlie retired from Southwire after 48 years of service. He enjoyed rebuilding old cars, trucks, motorcycles and 4 wheelers; he loved spending time hunting, fishing and listening to music. Charlie was a avid Braves fan, Alabama fan, and Race fan. Charlie loved life, he loved God, but what he loved most was his family. Charlie was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother. He was preceded in death by his parents, Billy Joe and Eula Driggers.
