Heflin - Betty Ruth Johnson Gill, 73, died Saturday, November 4, 2017 at her residence.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, November 7, 2017, at Dryden Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Owens and Rev. Sonny Martin, officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, November 7, 2017 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Dryden Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Great Grandchildren - 12
Pallbearers will be Tyler Weathers, Jamie Watts, Sherman Sewell, Tommy Sheets, David Sheets and Terry Turley.
Mrs. Gill was a native and resident of Cleburne County most of her life. She worked at Sewell's, Crowntuft and Butterworths Home Health Care. Betty was a member of Sunny Eve Baptist Church. Mrs. Gill was preceded in death by her parents, J.D. and Myrtle Johnson, daughter, Brenda Peoples, grandsons, Jeremy Dunaway, and brothers, Bill, David, Wayne, and Thurman Johnson.
