Heflin - Carolyn Pilgrim, 100, died Thursday, March 9, 2017 at Jacksonville Health and Rehab.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, March 12, 2017, at Dryden Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jeff Layton, officiating. Burial will follow in Edwardsville City Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, March 12, 2017 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Dryden Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Granddaughter - Stephanie Pilgrim, Tallapoosa , GA
Grandson - Bryan Jeffrey (Melanie) Pilgrim, Port Angeles, WA
Caregiver - Pat Hanvey, Heflin, AL
Mrs. Pilgrim was a native of South Carolina and resident of Cleburne County most of her life. Carolyn was the Postmaster of Edwardsville for 40 years, member of the National Association of Post Masters and National Sr. Citizen Volunteer Association. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles B. Wike and Nettie Lovedahl Wike, husband Claude Pilgrim, sons, Wayne and Larry Pilgrim and daughter, Claudette Pilgrim.
