Bowdon - Lewis Kimbrell Jr., 87, died Friday, June 17, 2016 at his residence.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, June 21, 2016, at Ranburne First Baptist Church with the Rev. Gary Stewart and Rev. Gerold Thompson, officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 21, 2016 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Ranburne First Baptist Church.

Mr. Kimbrell was a deacon of Ranburne 1st Baptist Church and retired from Tyson after 33 years of service. Jr. was a loving father and grandfather that will be missed very much. Mr. Kimbrell was preceded in death by his wife, Ora Mae Kimbrell, son, Larry Lewis Kimbrell, parents Lewis Sr. and Lou Kimbrell, sisters, Opal Granger, Annie Kate Kimbrell, and Lola Belle Kimbrell and brothers Neal (Hattie) Kimbrell and Billy (Sara) Kimbrell.
