Heflin - Jed C. Morris, 64, died Monday, October 27, 2014 at Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, October 30, 2014, at Lighthouse Baptist Church with the Rev. Rob Turley and Rev. Keith Pressley officiating. Burial will follow in Lighthouse Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, October 30, 2014 from 12:00 AM until 2:00 PM at the church. Dryden Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Mr Morris was a native and lifelong resident of Cleburne County. He was a Deacon of Lighthouse Baptist Church, and he retired from O.F.S. in Carrollton, Georgia. Mr. Morris was preceded in death by his parents Lewis and Jewell Morris and sisters; Nelda Noah, Alda Bannister, and Lora Mundy.
