Heflin - Velma Lee Morrow, 71, died Thursday, August 14, 2014 at University Hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 16, 2014, at Dryden Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Rob Turley officiating. Burial will follow in Liberty Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, August 16, 2014 from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM. Dryden Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Pallbearers will be Donald Dewberry, Andy Wilkerson Jr., Mike McCormick, Chris West, Ronald Lindsey, John Lindsey, and John Hall.
Mrs. Morrow was a native and lifelong resident of Cleburne County and a member of Five Points Baptist Church. She was a devoted Mother and Nana that spent her life caring for her children. Mrs Morrow was preceded in death by a son, Chuck Wade, a sister, Eunice Dewberry, and three brothers, Henry, Arcus and Andrew Wilkerson.
